Seriously- I am freaking out! My kids and I went down a double black diamond yesterday and it was an epic fail for Mom! I could feel that my left knee felt weird as I was laying there waiting for my son to rescue my poles but it wasn't until later when I iced and rested it and then tried to get up that it feels really stiff and odd. I am going to rest it a couple of days and see how it is but what do I do for activity in the meantime. I know I can do some weights for my arms but anything else?? Freaking out! Help!
