You're never to old to learn.
I recently reflected on why my motivation comes and goes as well as my success. And my mind rewinds to a time when I have been successful with weigh loss. It usually requires me to JOURNAL my food intake and attend WW meetings. Sparkpeople has been a great substitute for both the journaling and the meetings. But I have to USE it. This isn't "news" to me. When I didn't journal in WW I also wasn't losing much or any.
SO here we go journaling we go.
