Ah finally, surrounded by the supportive water. Oh how I missed being in the pool. My muscles will probably say "what are you thinking" but that will give way to making me stronger.

I plan on reading through the topics... there are some excellent questions posed. I have been posting to topics in the game room.

These just require a quick simple response and help keep me focused on my journey(yes the last on is just for fun) Perhaps seeing the Staying Motivated Forum is a sign for me to change things up a bit or add another question.

I have changed, perhaps it is time to change what I do. What am I doing that no longer serves me? Time to let go of old habits and create some new. I have some work to do. :)
