I figure that if I write blogs about my weight loss it will sink in that I have to lose weight. "self-accountability" I suppose...

The weather here is still extremely cold but that is just an excuse...I have a treadmill!

My real excuse, though, is that I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I am very limited in walking right now, trying to give the heel time to heal!

In the meantime, I am collecting Sparkpoints, posting messages, and blogging.

    I had a follow-up with my primary doctor. I am good to go for exercising that will not put extra stress on my heel. Swimming or biking for now.

    Staying connected is important. Injuries are frustrating though. Keep it up and stay focused. You can do it! emoticon

    I feel for you! I had problems with my right ankle and could hardly walk for awhile. Thanks to God's mercy, it is much better now! Oddly, I found that I could do my dance cardio DVD's easier than walking. Anyway, hang in there, do what you can do and don't give up! emoticon
