OK, April 1 was the first day of my streak! I'm going to blog about each day so I feel accountable for what I've done to achieve my goal:
Bike Class: 60 minute class
Cardio Pilates: 60 minute class
Work in yard hauling rocks: 90 minutes
Tracked everything I ate.
Calories eaten: 1336.
As an aside, I saw the scale flip back and forth between 149.5 and 150.0 several times before settling on 150.00. So I am right there!
