The journey to overall health and fitness continues in April

In April I will continue my journey to overall healthand fitness. This is one of my hardest journey in life but with God's will I will succeed. This month I will continue to

1. Make more healthy choices by eating more fruits and vegetable
2. Exercising at least three times a week
3. Taking my vitamins
4. Try my best to stay away from junk food
5. Make water drinking a habit at present it is a struggle
