Good Morning Spark-peeps!!
I am in a positive mood this morning. I have been on a roll for four days!! Best of all my favorite band (NKOTB) came out with their new album this morning and it is downloaded and uploaded and ready to go!! Everything is relative, one positive change brings on another and breaking out of the comfort zone is needed for progress! Yesterday was proof of that. After 3 days of taking vitamins and tracking my points and foods and working out, I feel great! I feel stronger and more in control of what goes into my body!! This week, I tried Greek Yogurt (Yoplait 100 calorie cups) and you know what? I like them! I also broke out of my exercise comfort zone. I am a walker so I walk for exercise! Yesterday I looked thru my library of work-out DVD's and thought I am going to start a more intense workout with walking on the side! That's exactly what I did!! I started the Biggest Loser BootCamp and Yoga DVD workouts (with alternating workouts) and then walking in the evening! I typically like and do well with 60 minutes of stress-busting per day. I am sore today but in a good place!! Yes I am trying to maintain but maintain does not equal a rut! Maintain should equal a fluid life change with a few bumps but still on the path!!
