April Goals

Keeping it simple this month

emoticon Track food at least 80% of the time

emoticon Finish training for 5K and keep up sessions with my trainer.

emoticon Better my 5K time (43:43). Race is 4/28.

emoticon Lose a pound (hopefully more but no pressure) emoticon

    Sounds good to me. I like the 5k part, I'm tring for a 1k walk in 14 min so far only done 1/2 mile in 7 min. Also increase time on the exercise bike. Now what you've done I'm making plans lol. emoticon emoticon
