I have 4 short goals this month.
1) Exercise more.
2) Eat less and more nutritiously.
3) Fit into a pair of size 16 'Not Your Daughter's Jeans'. I got them zipped but I can't breathe.
4) Hubby bought me a beautiful ankle bracelet that has me in a vise grip. I'd like to loosen that grip a bit.
