April's goals

I have 4 short goals this month.

1) Exercise more.

2) Eat less and more nutritiously.

3) Fit into a pair of size 16 'Not Your Daughter's Jeans'. I got them zipped but I can't breathe.

4) Hubby bought me a beautiful ankle bracelet that has me in a vise grip. I'd like to loosen that grip a bit.

    Oh, yes, the "more sweat, less crap" plan. That is the plan I use emoticon I like #3&4 because they are so concrete - if you are wearing the cute jeans, and you can breathe, and wear the cute ankle bracelet without grimacing, you are golden emoticon

    I like #3 and #4 but what does exercise "more" mean, exactly. How much are you going to do each day. And #2 is pretty vague too, what are you going to eat, what is "less". What is "more nutritiously"...you need to make your goals more specific. Its a good start though.

    Those are reasonable goals; go for it! Hopefully the weather lets you get out on that walking path!!
