Son#2 the Pilot with Air Canada was in St John's, Newfoundland last night.
Newfoundland, if you don't know, is a small Province, in the East Coast of Canada.
They are an hour and a half , ahead of us , in time----
The whole Province is sitting on Granite--
We say, it is ""on da rock""----
You can see some of ""the rock" along the harbour ----
Even the downtown area is up and down, with quaint wooden painted structures-
He went for a "run" up Signal hill--where the first telegragh was sent overseas-
--cute sign eh?----In case yu can't read it--it says, LONDON, 3733KM--Paris 5980Km-Kabul--Dublin-
When you are there in June, you can see "'Iceburgs" floating in the ocean, very close to shore--
so----back to reality here in the NORTH----It's cold-----sunny----and ......time to hit the Dreadmill---The Germans are waiting for me----and fat cat is lying beside the register feeling the heat!
Good morning Sparklers!
