New motivation

When you FINALLY realize that if you stop/curtail the dining out that you would save a nice chunk of change for something else, it provides motivation to do just that. I am awake now and no longer asleep in La-La Land. New path on the journey of life is being forged as I write and live. Love for food is a one-sided affair. He never loves you back in the same way. You are a good back-up plan when the real object of desire is unavailable or out of reach. I don't want to be a back-burner girl any longer, so here I am taking one step away at a time one day at a time. [I am working on my fast food/sugar craving here, folks.]

  emoticon emoticon Yup, PatsyB7 is right. I was a fast food junky, but once I got it out of my routine/habits, my cravings diminished. I wish you the best!

    It gets easier. Once you eliminate that stuff, you don't crave it! Just be sure to replace it with healthy options. Best wishes. Your Sparkfriends are here for you.
