APRIL FOOLS!!!! ha ha!! Had you there, huh? No way, no how, am I giving up!!!
I did have a low point tonight when I stepped on the scale... up 2 lbs.... but, that's ALL my fault!! I only went to the gym once last week!!! And the other days were full of laziness or PAR-TAY! So, with both ends of the spectrum covered by negative actions, I'm not surprised at my gain.
I didn't eat any different than normal, but I did JUMP OFF the wagon and started drinking again. Oh well... gotta do what I enjoy - but I GOTTA STAY ON TRACK AND GO TO THE GYM EVERYDAY!! and stop letting FUN get the best of me and my intentions.
Something positive I did today was logged both my nutrition AND exercise here on SP! I am really going to try and keep that up too. I reviewed my results with My Dick (hubby) and explained to him the goods and the bads. I'm hoping he'll jump on the bandwagon and journal too. But, I don't see that happening. At least he's going to the gym - IF I go!
