    I had Ham also on Easter and today. I know what you mean about the water retention. I feel it in my ankles and joints. So we just get back on our program and do what we can. Good luck.

    .8 is better than .5 which is often the best I can do... because that's the most I get done. but you know that! good vlog.... watched while sipping breakfast coffee before getting into paper work. I am so glad you opted to vlog as part of your program, I like it/viewing & am motivated by doing so myself. emoticon

    I hear you about delay response to exercising - at first there's no pain then oops there it is a day later... hahah. I'm all for changing habit of eating after night's dinner:

    night eats habit rarely makes weight management easier (unless managing disease plan or certain plan medications) for me there's no reason to even eat fruit at night unless it is an alternative to something else.... you catch my drift,,,, now I'm going to shut up before I start blogging up your page emoticon

    Great job with the snow shoeing! You sound like you would like hiking. I hike with the Sierra club and have seen magnificent scenery close to home that I would not even have known existed if I didn't take this activity up, If you look up Sierra club in your area you can find a hike almost every day. People meet at a location close to home and then carpool to the chosen area of the day. Listed on the web site is the hiking location with the amount of miles and elevation. They also rate each hike so you know it if is for beginners or more advanced hikers. Sierra club also goes snow shoeing in the winter. All these activities with them is FREE!

    YAY! You look great! And you did very well on that mountain. I know what you mean about the weight not coming off.. It doesn't always cooperate, but I think you'll have a bigger loss down the road. Your body will even itself out. (: Keep it up! You're doing so well! emoticon

    You should share your food and fitness tracker with us :-) You can do that by editing your profile.. when you go to your Spark Page click edit profile. At the very top there is a thing that says Spark Page Options. In this big list there is something that says More Options. In that list there are two check boxes that say "Share Food Tracker" and "Share Fitness Tracker" . Check both of those boxes. It's great for accountability and people will be able to give you better advice then too :-)

    Don't worry tho about how fast you lose weight with diligence you will get there :-)
