Day 122- no more Zumba

I gave Zumba class one more chance tonight and realized its not for me anymore. Since I started running and cycle class it just doesn't float my boat. And Hip Hop Hustle is way more intense and the focus is on one choreographed routine for several weeks then it changes.

Tonight was the first time back to Zumba after a month and the routines had not changed at all. The body gets use to routines so didn't feel like it did anything.

That's okay this is all a transformation process and what works today may not work in the future. It's fun seeing how the process changes and growth progresses.

    Save the dancing for the dance floor for now. There may be days you want something light and easy. That's where Zumba can come back for a session now and again. :)

    AT least ya found things that work for you and you are right the body gets used to things and they don't work as well for us

    Have u tried hip hop, ballet, or belly dancing? just to name a few :)
Maybe dancing is not ur workout "THING". I love to dance but don't enjoy dance classes I like jogging and aerobics
