Okay, just got back to logging, starting today-- no April fooling!
And stayed within my calorie range, I'm happy to say. In fact, as I stood in front of my refrigerator, considering a wedge of pie with whipped cream, I thought about--logging! And how I didn't want to see what my total would look like if my chart included that pie.
So, chalk one up for logging. I'm curious to know what all of you have learned from logging, and what you've done to increase its effectiveness in doing well with nutrition.
I took my lunch today, and I've noted that I do much better with each day's calorie total when I do that. I've also noted that I do much better avoiding mindless evening eating when I log.
I'm feeling hopeful today that the little bit of weight I gained when Jerry was sick and just after he died will drop off soon.
Send your experiences my way, please. And I'll use all the info to become a fit widow, my ultimate goal.
