Seriously, if we really have 8 weeks off, I hope to hit goal between challenges!
My plan to get there? Keep doing what I have been:
1. Continue my 10k training plan. It'll wrap up in early June and will force me to keep running 4 days a week.
2. Continue yoga one day/week. (And do something else at least one other day.)
3. Continue to stay in calorie range 6 days per week.
4. Continue to work on eating more freggies.
I feel pretty comfortable with managing without a challenge and am feeling pretty good right now. I need to start thinking about transitioning into maintenance -- I'm 10-15 pounds away at this point.
