I think I need to remember this. I hate to use the dreaded "P" word of plateau - but I think that's where I am. My weight for the month was fairly constant (down 2 pounds overall) but lots of fluctuation over the course of the month. I think that since I started so strong I'm now disappointed anytime where the scale doesn't move as much as I want it too, I'm not perfect with eating, I don't exercise, etc. What I need to remember is that I'm down 15.5 pounds and there's a lot of POSITIVES about that. It's:
- 7.2% of my body weight
-An average of 1.1 pounds a week
- 20.6% of my overall weight loss goal - that's over a fifth of the way there!
No, this isn't going to happen overnight - I just need to remember that
