Tonight was CrossFit #14... but first... I stepped on the scale this morning and lost another pound!! I'm officially in the 2's... 299 to be exact!! Did the Happy Dance.. I am SO excited.. it's a milestone.. and 275 is right there in my bullseye.. ain't nothin' gonna stop me..
My eating has been good... healthy.. whole.. sugar-free, Paleo.. a couple people have been asking what I'm eating (my food log is public)... so I thought I'd include some pics of some meals I had this past week.. YUMMO

My favorite place to eat out - Chipotle! Best dressing in the world? Guacamole! mmmm and I love carnitas!
Best Snack?? Roasted Cauliflower! Oh my stars this is yummy.. and a great replacement for popcorn when I'm sitting in front of the TV...

A quick meal.. flank steak and broccoli.. but very satisfying!
One of my favorites.. HASH.. a couple ounces of grass-fed beef, onions, zucchini, summer squash, green peppers, maybe some sweet potato or butternut squash.. pretty much whatever's in the fridge.. all fixed in my cast iron skillit with about 1/2 a tbsp of coconut oil.. but the "Pièce de résistance" is the egg on top! Oh yeahhhhhh
I can't say again, how much the Paleo way of eating is nourishing my body, keeping my hunger in check and eliminates cravings for starchy, sugary, processed food.. I would have bet you a $100 that it would never happen.. and I am one very happy girl.
Now, back to CrossFit workout #14...
Heartrate got up there and burned some serious calories in 30 minutes! Yeah me!
