My goal for the month is to finally get under the 200 lb mark...significantly under it...I would love to drop 8 lbs or more...I have been fluctuating between 200 and 202 all of March...to that end my plans are:
4 days of exercise (5 if I can push it)
5 fruit/veggies a day
9 or more glasses of water per day
limit fast/processed food (I have no intentions of eliminating because that never works for me)
I think this will be very doable as long as I dig deeper and go above and beyond what I normally do...it will be hard, but achievable....
