BLC break

Here is my plan for the BLC break

Track food daily, get points if with in range
Drink 6 glasses H2O , get points
track cardio, get points for every 15 minutes
track steps/ miles and virtually walk to a team mates home
make one new recipe a week
visit one groovy gecko spark page a week

I plan to give myself some type of point system and then a reward for reaching goal. I still need to figure out my reward and the point system, maybe music for my MP3 player, or I might go crazy and get a new bike.

    I say go all out and earn points towards a bike. Sounds like fun! Virtually walk to Annapolis, MD to visit! Next break you can virtually bike places!

    I have the hardest time coming up with rewards! Something truly motivating to spur me on! Your plan sounds great! I can't believe how long the break is! :-(
