The next 8 weeks...

BLC 21 is almost over then there will be an 8 week break. Hmmm, how will I keep up my momentum?
I have a couple of upcoming races:
April 13 Color Me Rad 5K
May 5 Bloomsday 12K
That will keep me going for a while emoticon

Started CLX today. I've started before and have never finished the first month emoticon My goal is to complete the whole 90 day program. This will definitely keep me going! emoticon

This summer is my 40th birthday emoticon I just told my team that my goal is to be in a size 14(at least) by then. I don't normally go for a goal of being a certain size but I'm really tired of my clothes, I want some new ones! emoticon

SparkCoach has also been a great tool for keeping me working towards my goals. I will check in with it daily.

I will continue checking in on my teams chat thread at least 3 times a week. Love my emoticon

    I love that you want new clothes - I've only recently learned that seasonal shopping can be fun! These are great goals for the coming weeks (though I have no idea what CLX is). 40 will be wonderful!

    You can do it! If you work now and sustain a healthy life, you will not feel "40" but feel that you have done a lot to slow down time's winged chariot!
