BLC 21 is almost over then there will be an 8 week break. Hmmm, how will I keep up my momentum?
I have a couple of upcoming races:
April 13 Color Me Rad 5K
May 5 Bloomsday 12K
That will keep me going for a while
Started CLX today. I've started before and have never finished the first month
My goal is to complete the whole 90 day program. This will definitely keep me going!
This summer is my 40th birthday
I just told my team that my goal is to be in a size 14(at least) by then. I don't normally go for a goal of being a certain size but I'm really tired of my clothes, I want some new ones!
SparkCoach has also been a great tool for keeping me working towards my goals. I will check in with it daily.
