I completed my first day of the #riseandshine challenge. Before work, I did one of Coach Nicole's videos.
I thought I was going to have an energy crash later in the day, but I didn't. I even had enough energy to get on the treadmill after work!

    Thanks for the support everyone. SlimPam, I'm good about getting up, but with 3 kids, I have a lot to do in the mornings. ( I think that should count as exercise. ) emoticon A little planning and preparation at night made the morning smoother.

    Good for you!!! Good start!! I usually get up early in the am to get my exercise in because it's the only time I can be assured that I can get it done without anything else getting in the way!
But I wasn't always a morning person. It was VERY hard getting out of that bed when I first started....now it's second nature!
