Yep, I said I was going to start April on an up note, and did I ever. Started the day by walking the dog over 4 miles, then went for a run outside. I managed to run just over a mile without stopping. Took me 12 minutes to run about 1.1 miles... and that was me trying to slow my pace. I was going to run intervals for the rest of the loop, but there was a stiff headwind, so I just walked the last 2.1 miles of the loop. But that is okay, because then I went to the gym and pedaled my legs off for an hour, then did almost every ST exercise I know how to do with the dumbbells, ball, and the machines. I left off a couple just because my muscles were just used up. Limp noodle time! Came home, had a protein shake, an apple and an ounce of mozzarella before taking the dog out for his afternoon walk... which was over 5 miles. By this time I was TIRED! So, I had dinner and sat down at the computer for a little while, then I got up again and took the dog out for his last walk of the night. We kept it at 1.5 miles tonight because I am exhausted. All together I covered over 30 miles today. It was a record 526 minutes worth of fitness today. I expect two things from my workouts today... 1. I will sleep well tonight, and 2. I will probably be sore tomorrow. Ya think? I don't think I stopped all day until dinner time! Go, Chandra go!!
