Have You Seen Your Endorphins Today?

Monday, April 01, 2013

We've been told endorphins are the "feel good" hormone ......... But has anyone really felt one ............ or seen one for that matter? ........... Well since we have not ....... I have had to trust my imagination on this one ........... (Mind you ....... what you see here is an enlarged picture of what I see in my minds eye) ..... I actually visualize millions of these friendly little mini porpoise guys SURGING happily through the bloodstream ..... when you do something like exercise to get them moving. Meet the little guys that make you feel happy when you are pumping that heart ...........
Close your eyes and you will see it ..............Imagine oodles of them pulsing through your body ..........

Now remember ..... Just because you can't 'SEA' them doesn't mean they don't have a porpoise! ........... emoticon

Endolphins"! Cute. Now show us what serotonin and dopamine look like please. (Dopamine would probably look like "Dopey" the dwarf...he's the little guy that drives us to eat too many chocolate chip cookies!) emoticon
