Transformation Day 1

Day one did not go as planned. I did make my run but I didn't do my dance dvd. I did eat well at my three main meals, but my snacking left much to be desired. All in all, though, I did better than I did last Monday so I will count that as progress.

    I say ditto on the one day at a time. It can be daunting to work out and eat right evry day when you never have wanted to so before so kudos to you for the things you got right. Consistency is key and thats what I'm trying do now so hang in there. emoticon emoticon
