It is frightening how much endurance i have lost since October. I used to push through jillian michaels workouts, turbo fire etc. I did walk away the pounds today and was huffing and puffing and sweating like a pig! No worries though i'm not beating myself up, it is just a fact that I have lost some endurance and will have to work my way back up.
I'm going to work as hard as I can to get back into decent shape for this summer. Last summer I did an awesome 8 mile hike among several others. I want to go hiking with my two best girlfriends for my birthday weekend. I have about 6 weeks and I think i can get back into decent enough shape to handle some gentle hikes.
I batch cooked about two weeks worth of healthy dinners today to store in the freezer, no excuses for eating junk! The spark turkey chili recipe was DELICIOUS!! I just have to keep focused and really work on rebuilding my healthy habits. I've done it before and I know I can do it again.
