I find that I have been consistently eating above my calorie range recently. I'm not quite sure why. I've been using a bit more avocado and butter, which are good for me, but certainly not excessively. I eat some dark chocolate regularly, but almost never more than a serving. I do need to cut my fish down to 3oz instead of the whole piece, which is usually 6-7oz. Salad dressing is a calorie range killer...
Perhaps it the mango in my morning bowl of fruit. Today I cut out Kirkland Dried Fruit and Nuts in favor of a couple of TBSP of slivered almonds. Dried fruit has a lot of sugar and calories
Ah, this tweaking as I try to prepare simpler, easier to track meals that fall within the appropriate range. I can do this!
