I cannot believe that it has been 11 weeks since BLC 21 started! It has flown by so fast. New friendships have been made and a lot has been learned. Now I need to plan for 8 weeks between BLC 21 and 22. Can I maintain the progress I have made? Will I continue to lose?
My plan for the next 8 weeks is to:
Continue to track my food on a daily basis.
Stay in my calorie range
Continue to drink at least 8 cups of water a day and track it,
Eat 7-10 freggies a day
Exercise for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week and track it
Increase stretching and do each time I exercise
Following this plan I plan to lose 5 pounds. My goal is coming close
