day 1... 30 day goal... SOMETHING every day.... hold me to it PLEASE!
today weights & 15 min mile on the treadmill. doing a mud run in june and don't want to be the first to drop! my options: walking, weights, treadmill, elliptical, jillian micheals shred, xbox just dance 4... might purchase xbox zumba.... shouldn't be boring!

    I'll help--be sure to blog what you've accomplished every day and I'll cheer you on! To stay injury free start low and slow. Remember to cross train and strength train on opposite days. Those muscles need a rest! Best wishes! You can do this!
