March Recap and April Goals

Recap:
Two pounds have permanently removed themselves from my body this month. I'm still not excited about that number, but I'm continuing to learn a lot. This time about food and our food sources. I am confident that April will be the turning point for me.

Goals:
My exercise goals this month are to finish the C25K program, do 2 days of strength training per week, and get some other form of exercise in twice per week that involves the kids. This is a repeat of last month. I didn't reach these goals due to a hip injury that needed rested for a week and my husband being out of town for a week. This month I'm going to add purchasing a bike to my list...this will be more financial though.

My nutrition goals this month are to stay within my calorie range 6x per week and get 8 glasses of water in EVERY DAY. Both are forever goals really.

This month I'm adding reading goals too...my goals are to finish "Wheat Belly" by Dr. William Davis and also to read "Why We Get Fat and What To Do About It" by Gary Taubes.

    You shouldn't get disappointed about the weight amount, I would be glad if I shed 2 pounds a month, but sometimes I stay the same,or go up.I tell myself to hang in because ,sooner or later I will have a big pay day. So hang in. I think to every now and then you have to change things up. Glad your hip is better. emoticon
