Ok well i have done pretty awesome with my 2 week chalenge to myself!!
So i will keep it up.
And also my Pink Panther's i know will help also!This is what I am going to do everyday!!
2. Hula-Hoop at least 10 Min.
3. Rebound 2 Min. 10 times a day For 20 Min.
4. My Strength Training routine here on Spark
5. One of Coach Nicole Videos everyday!
6. 30 Day Shred that's 20 min.!!
and that's 110 Min!!
