A new month. That makes me want to try some new things. I'm switching up my strength training. I have some new plans to follow. Some new muscles to discover. I'll still be following my regular diet plan but I'd like to try something new. However, I'm always nervous to mess with my diet, as it causes me problems for a week or two before correcting itself. I'm in a time crunch. I have a schedule. I can't have my weight stay the same or go up.
