Starting Over...

Monday, April 01, 2013

I got busy yesterday with going over to my in-laws house for Easter and didn't get a chance to login to SP. I broke a 138-day Spark Streak for the most consecutive days logging in! I am kind of bummed out about it but what can you do?

What I really need to do is read the new weight loss book I got myself and start the new diet. I need to jumpstart my diet routine and get to losing again. I have been hovering at the same weight for weeks now and it is getting OLD! The 17-Day Diet isn't working for me like it used to. I think I need to take a break from it and give my body a chance to reset.

Hope everyone is having a good Monday. Don't fall for the April Fool's jokes!

It's a tough phase to be in. I'm there too right now. I find that if I take break from it for a while, I come back refreshed and have more motivation. You didn't gain so that's great! It's a long slow process. Glad to hear that you're back at it and not giving up!

life is like that---why is it that in-laws can so easily derail the good things we do for ourselves. I know you have picked yourself up, and started back at it today. All the best in shaking up your diet approach and busting through this plateau!

I know what you mean - I'm always bummed when I have a good streak going and circumstances cause me to "break" it! Ah, well. Today is the first day of your NEXT streak!

Good for you my friend. Eat properly and you will get back on track again. Remember that we all have been in the place you are at at the moment. We are behind you always.
