I got busy yesterday with going over to my in-laws house for Easter and didn't get a chance to login to SP. I broke a 138-day Spark Streak for the most consecutive days logging in! I am kind of bummed out about it but what can you do?
What I really need to do is read the new weight loss book I got myself and start the new diet. I need to jumpstart my diet routine and get to losing again. I have been hovering at the same weight for weeks now and it is getting OLD! The 17-Day Diet isn't working for me like it used to. I think I need to take a break from it and give my body a chance to reset.
