I just got back from doing the stairs at the ocean with Amber. My goal is to get 125 flights of stairs in today. We did 80. My legs are still shaking. I'm going to give them a break then go back and wrap up the last 45.
Then, Natasha, Amber, and I will get in the track after dinner. I should have no problem getting my Fitbit steps in. I'm loving the stability ball videos. They are easy on my back.
My eating is fine today.
I have so much I wanted to cram into this 3 day weekend! There are never enough hours in the day!
Update: I got in 150 flights of stairs! Plus sprint/ walk routine at the track. I'll sleep good tonight!
