Though the weekend was filled with lots of fun, lots of family time and lots of food (DDs birthday cake lasted us 4 servings each with ice cream each time!), I'm glad to get myself back to better habits. I have floundered my way through March. It's like once my Biggest Loser contest was over at my gym, there was SO much less accountability for me I didn't handle it well AT ALL. I've since regained 5 pounds and held there most of this month.
I'm embarrassed to admit that I REALLY struggle when there isn't someone looking over my shoulder to make sure I'm doing what I should with food and exercise. I mean, I can go it alone for awhile but then I kinda get lax and it all goes downhill from there. I think I'm going to share my food tracker and try to be more transparent on here and hope that helps.
If someone out here in SP world is in a good place and would be willing to check up on me and be lovingly blunt with me, I'm definitely open to an accountability partner. NOW HIRING. Please apply within!
