Yes, this is a new day, I know you can do it, I too gained 3 pounds over the holiday, I'm still well within my range of maintenance but I never like being up on the scale, so I too am buckling down the hatches and will eat sensibly this week and for now on...I cheer you on my friend.. emoticon

I know you will be able to do this! You have got the right attitude, and you need to believe it in your very being. Do it for YOU! Start thinking and visualizing how emoticon you will feel as you feel more comfortable in your body and your clothes. emoticon

Good for you, Lu! You'll be able to turn it around. Last week, I'll bet most scales across America registered some weight gains all across the board, so you're probably in scads and scads of company! Plus, you've got a great sense of humor, and that - in and of itself - can work like a vitamin in our favor!

IF the devil comes your way (ha) give him an extra sword stab for me.
I love your determination, Lu.
Keep it up. The scales will finally co-operate.
