    I'm going to take stricter control over my carbs, sodium and added sugar; absolutely no processed foods - boxed stuff, I mean. Yogurt is processed but I'd hardly count that!

As promised at the beginning of the year, I am going to focus - whether I feel 100 % or not. And always remember that alternatives for gluten abso-lute-ly do NOT work for me - and that Rye and Oats DO have gluten

    Eliminating / limiting wheat and white carbs. Limit to 1 cup of coffee a day and get through my trip without too much damage :)

    Hi Mel I did send you my nutrition commitment and didn't worry about the bounce back message. So here it is again, without bounce back worries from regular email

Pick ONE:

SUGAR This is one

COFFEE default

WHITE CARBS This is the second one except I am leaving in potatoes as they are good long-slow-run fuel (boiled potatoes)

ALCOHOL default




My habit to improve is portions eaten at meals. I mostly eat nutrtious food, but too much. I will be having 3 meals and 2 snacks per day.

Technically though, I'm from "Seattle, Washington" emoticon

As you know, I'm eliminating white carbs and sugar again.
Although we haven't started talking about exercise yet, I'm going to try and keep myself more accountable with pictures...looking forward to sharing!
