This week I met my 5% Challenge goal
In five weeks of accountability, team participation, dedication to both fitness and nutrition, and strength from God, I have accomplished what I have previously failed to do in all the 5% Challenges I have participated in. So thankful for my teammates and Spark friends who cheer me on.
My goal for the remaining three weeks of the challenge is to lose 4 more pounds. That will bring me to a total weight loss of 60 pounds. I'm going to do that by continuing with what has worked. So here's the check up for week 5.
Exercise: at least 120 min 3x a week , 60 min 2x a week 30 min 2x a week
Focus on 2x a week strength training
Diet: Log and stay within range on Spark
Team: Check in daily and weigh in weekly, comment on a blog or post at least 3x a week.
Devotions 7x a week
One on one activity with one of my kids each day.
Exercise: met goals except again only 1 day of strength training. I will strength train this week on Tuesday and Friday.
Diet: 6/7 days
Team: goal met
Activity with kids: 5/7
As always there's room for improvement but I'm going to keep on keeping on!
