I have been floating around the same weight for the better part of a month. That being said, I have begun back on some things today that will hopefully get it all going better. The first is that I am increasing my water to something I read and did a long time ago which was to take my weight (Evened off to 330) divide it by 2 then drink that many ounces a day. At this point that means drinking 10 OZ of water (300 ML) an hour. It drops when I get to 310 pounds, etc until it levels out to a lot less around my goal. I know that my body needs the water and I also know that it has helped me in the past in multiple ways so this is a start that I can focus on on an hourly basis.
The next thing is that I am going to kick up how often and the intensity of my work outs at the gym. It means more nights a week, pushing harder, but trying to leave time for school work too until summer starts.
Also in a couple of weeks, I will be back fighting in my sword class as I have been helping instruct since July. When you figure that class is 3 hours on a Saturday with my other stuff I plan on pushing there too.
I am also looking into doing the Highland Games stuff (Like caber toss and the like) starting this summer so hopefully by the end of the summer I am in a much much better place. It is a long way to go, but I have to kick it up, or at this pace I will never reach my goals.
