* I find the weight entry page to be confusing. If you enter your weight into the field and hit Enter, instead of entering the weight, it clears the field. You must enter the weight and then click on Save, which is above the field. Bad UI. And, yes, I am an expert.
* I straightened out the above for the last two weeks which means that for the last several weeks, my changes have been as follows:
. - 02/24: -4.8 (loss)
. - 03/03: -0.1 (loss)
. - 03/10: -0.1 (loss)
. - 03/17: -0.8 (loss)
. - 03/24: +2.0 (gain)
. - 03/31: -2.1 (loss)
* Gotta get the YMCA in today (and every day that I can). Especially, since I scheduled the surgery for my arm/shoulder for 5/29, and that will strongly limit my (a) exercise, (b) my ability to make healthy food selection/prep, and (c) my ability to Spark, for at least 6 weeks.
