The 8-week break between challenges is fast approaching, and I know that if I don't have a plan, I will sink all of my hard work. So I have chosen the weight goal of 199#. I know it doesn't sound like much, it's 4-10 pounds, depending on what day of the week it is that I last weighed myself. But it's a big goal, something I have dreamed of for a while now. And the payoff is big, too, dating back 3 years when I made a $50 bet with my older son on which of us could get under 200 pounds quicker. So this gives me something to work towards.
I will continue to track my food and exercise, with my daily goal, as it is now, to get more SP points than I got the day before. This is serious but fun, because there is always the surprise of the daily wheel spins to liven things up. Most of all for me, keep the changes coming so I won't get bored.
