As you may or may not know-- about a month ago, I blacked out and banged my knee up pretty bad.
Doctor ordered me to take it easy and add more salt into my diet.
...this was not an easy adjustment for me to make, and I learned that old habits sometimes DIE hard.
Needless to say-- I haven't been eating the way I should, or working out the way I should, either. In fact-- I wouldn't be surprised if I gained some weight from this whole ordeal.
Time to get back on track!
...with HUGE high hopes that the dizzy spells stop! (they keep happening when I work out....any suggestions?!)
On a positive note-- my knee feels much better.
This weight loss journey surely is that--- a journey. People often say how proud they are of me or ask me "whats your secret?!"
Well here's my secret... I learn from my mistakes-- and boy, do I make mistakes!
On a side note-- got a new phone and tried to download the sparkpeople app-- it isn't free anymore?! not cool :(
