The first of April. I like looking at the calendar there stretches a whole month to do all my exercises and eat healthy. I went to my gym this morning and did the elliptical for thirty-five minutes. I then did a bout 25 or 30 minutes of weight lifting. This morning was for my abs, arms and legs. I think I am going to up my weight routine and do them four times a week. That will give me two days on my abs, arms and legs and two days on my chest, back and shoulders.
That always worked out good and I feel so strong and healthy. I feel like I have not been giving 100 percent to my exercise or food. I have a nice long month ahead of me and on May the 1st I want to feel good that I have done what I should .
