Hope everyone had a good weekend/holiday. Mine was GREAT.
Friday I worked both my jobs and still managed to get to the gym. Granted it was LATE (10:15 when we got there). And I did about an hour workout. Including 30 mins on the treadmill and 30 mins doing weights and cable machines for my legs and chest. Stayed within calorie range.
Saturday I worked 5 hrs at my 2nd job. We were super busy and I was beat, but I still came to the gym around 7ish and did 40 mins on the treadmill and then I did weights for my arms (biceps and triceps) and abs. My triceps are still super sore though. I really worked them.
I did have two beers but they were light and I only stuck to two. Other than that meals were good. Stayed within range.
Sunday was a rest day and Stayed within calorie range and I did indulge in a mini pb cup, mini hershey bar and a mini crunch bar.
Today was just a take it easy day. Skipped my am workout and I am just going to do a 15 mins walk on the treadmill in a little bit.
Tomorrow & Thursday is just going down twice (15 mins each) on the treadmill.
Wednesday I am thinking I will try to make it to the gym around 6am and get in a good cardio (do intervals) session on the treadmill (goal is at least 40 mins).
Friday (only work one job) and thinking I can make it to the gym in the late evening and get in some cardio AND weights. Perhaps do the same as last friday.
Saturday, hoping maybe I can do some intervals in the evening.
That is my week ahead. And Im feeling good about it. Have a good one guys.
