My 100 Day Challenge

Today Is the first day of my Healthy living challenge. My goal is to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, hopefully more and to stay in a calorie range of 1600 - 1900 calories, and drink 9 glasses of water per day.

Work out schedule for April 1-7

Mon - Cardio Burst Workout 22 min
- DDP Yoga Diamond Dozen + Energy 60 min

Tue - - Short Cardio-Sculpt workout 22 min
- 3 mile Leslie Sansone DVD 45 min

Wed - TKD 60 min
DDP Yoga - Energy

Thurs - Cardio Burst Workout 22 min
-3 mile Leslie Sansone DVD 45 min

Friday- Short Cardio Sculpt Workout 22 min
DDP Yoga - Energy

Saturday - Walk outside with kids 45-60 min

Sunday - Short Cardio Burst Workout 22 min
-2 mile Leslie Sansone DVD 30 min

Iím hoping if I write it down, I wonít get sidetracked. Plan is to do DDP yoga in the morning to start out my day.

    Angela - this is a great plan! It will be much easier to stick to when you've laid it out so well. I look forward to seeing you reach your goals!
