Well, my challenge wrapped up and I'm so happy that I did it. I learned so much about so much! And I really truly did feel better physically and mentally. I'd like to stick with it, although I'm definitely still transitioning and learning.

I would say I stuck with it about 95%, which I think is really good for a newbie.
I'm going to keep learning and trying. I like this a lot.
Oh, and I lost 4 lbs to boot! I think my next challenge should be doing a walk or yoga every day. Now that my eating is more reasonable, I need to work on physical activity.
