I am gearing up for an Awesome April!
It’s been a looooooooooooong winter, and my motivation has been buried under the snow. Now I am determined to light a fire under my fat butt and get a move on.
1) Eat under my SP max (1500).
2) Exercise enough to burn my SP recommended amount for the week (1220).
3) Quit pop (again).
4) Cut back on adult beverages.
5) Meditate every day.
6) Sleep 8 hours each night.
7) Spend quality time with my family every day.
I’m excited to get back on track. Spring is in the air, and I’m ready to start fresh!
