For me, March was a rather forgetful month. I didn't get out to see JC nearly enough. My back, neck etc. were not good and my exercise was off. I worked way too many hours and didn't take enough time for myself.
I will get back on track in April. I may not push the exercise as hard as I did, but I am going to work on at least 30 minutes a day 5/7 days a week.
JC will be at least 2 days a week. I had a great time with him this weekend and I have to remember how much he does for me both physically and mentally.
I am also going to try to take off at least 2 days a week or at least a morning or afternoon 2 days a week.
I have accepted that we do eat out a lot, but I have made some changes to how I deal with it. I only eat half of what I order and bring the rest home. I always try to order something healthy and a salad on the side.
I am not going to focus on weight. I am going to focus on health both physical and mental. I think that I was pushing so hard to burn so many calories per day, that if I couldn't burn over 400 calories, I didn't see a reason for working out. I ended up hurting myself in the process. I am not going to do that again. Any movement is good movement.
It may take me longer, but I think I will be healthier.
