Day 1 -

Well, today is day 1 of my journey again. I unfortunately gained back all the weight I lost a few years ago. I went through a hellish few years with family problems. That is now all behind me and I feel I'm in the right frame of mind to do this again. This week, I'm going to focus on my water and eating. Then next week I will add in exercise. So far this morning I have eatten correctly and drank my water - but it's only noon. LOL
I will try to blog daily and maybe more than once depending on my stressors of the day.
