Today I reset my stats on sparkspeople. I had stats based on 2009-2012 when I first lost all the weight but I have gained half of it back- so I reset. I made my start date today and my weight what I weigh right now. So it is going to be a more realistic view now. We finally moved and we are mostly unpacked. My spring break is over and it is back to the grind tomorrow so I am back no top of things. For this first few weeks I am going to focus on cardio to get back into the swing of things and get my heart use to beating faster. Not completely sure about my routine but here are my thoughts- cardio 5 times a week and for strength I am going to try for do 30 minutes of yoga three times a week. I want to stick to this for the next month. After that I hope to actually finish the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred (month of May). and then in June I want to restart and over the summer complete the 12 week Jamie Easton Live fit trainer. So these are the goals- I am hoping that by focusing on one month at time for now things will be more manageable. I am going back to tracking everything on here to help me be accountable. I want to start running too a little bit as part of my cardio. Please send me lots of motivation and support because that really helped me in the long run. I am going to take my before picture tonight and upload it. I think I am going to delete my old pictures since this really is a fresh start.
